COVID-19 DISEASE TRAVEL
I will try to simplify the story. So as not to make worry, especially caution, but still be aware. Because COVID-19 is a disease "divine secret" which until now still makes the experts surprised, but if we respond with the right God willing we will remain physically and mentally healthy.
For that, we must understand very well how the journey of this disease, although we all still do not understand very well how exactly it can be transmitted to and fro.
Starting from the day when someone is infected with this virus (day 0, blue line).
The name of the virus that causes COVID-19 is the SARS-CoV-2 virus. When it starts sneaking into our bodies, through the nose, mouth, and possibly the eyelids, the virus starts to multiply, but it doesn't make us feel sick. In fact, we do not realize that in our bodies this virus begins to multiply itself and begin to fight with our immune system at a simple level.
This blue line describes the presence of the virus. Take a look, the higher the day. That is, the SARS-CoV-2 virus is becoming more and more "cloned".
Now, along this blue line, the 0th day to the 28th day, if we are examined by PCR (from the mucous smear in the throat and the base of the nose) then the results will be positive. Because this PCR functions to detect the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. So, even though we have been infected with SARS-CoV-2, if we check the PCR on days 29 or more (meaning a month after being infected), the PCR will be negative, because the virus is gone.
Why the virus is gone? seriously?
Yes, The virus has been completely cleared by our higher level immune system, called antibodies. There are two antibodies that will fight off this coronavirus, namely IgM (green line, our body starts producing on the 7th day after infection) and IgG (red line, starts to be produced on the 14th day, two weeks after the virus first enters in our body).
Well, because of these two antibodies, by Allah's permission, of course, the course of the battle began to change, the virus began to lose and slowly wear out on day 28. Although IgM antibodies are no longer produced by the body on the 21st day, the struggle is still continued by IgG for a long time. I don't know how long. But clearly, the virus will disappear first before IgG production runs out.
Wow, does that mean a person infected with COVID-19 can recover completely? Yes, he can. But the terms and conditions apply.
Namely: we do not have a disease that makes our body easily damaged by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, lung disease, and our age is not too old.
And don't let the co-19 that we suffer cause pneumonia or pneumonia, because of the risk of death increases. Put the word later healed, if it's pneumonia then our lungs will be deformed which makes our breath so easy to breathe.
But how come there are still young, do not have any disease, how come they still die? Now that's what I'm saying: divine secrets. But that's not much, only 20%. The rest, about 60%, who could die from co-19 is what I mentioned above.
Well, back to the graph.
So, usually, the symptoms of COVID-19 will begin to be felt on the 5th day after infection. Because those who deal with the SARS-CoV-2 virus are still a mock immune system. Antibodies have not yet been produced.
Well, because antibodies have not been produced, if people who cough and have a fever and swallow pain when examined with a rapid test on day 0 to day 6, of course, the results are negative, because, in contrast to the PCR that checks for the presence of the virus, this rapid test (generally ) check for antibodies to appear.
So, if you don't get PCR checked but you get a rapid test and the results are negative, don't be happy. Who knows, the day isn't right yet. Therefore, the PCR examination is a more accurate examination than the rapid test, even though the process takes longer.
Until when are people infected with COVID-19 rapid tests tested positive? Yes "forever".
Why you said he can recover? Yes so, if examined by a rapid test and the results are positive, don't stress out first. Try to continue with the PCR check.
If it turns out that the PCR test is positive, it means that you are infected with co-19 and the virus is still in your body. If symptoms are not severe, then take a break, take vitamin C, and stay in the room. Do not wander even in the house, because our parents can be infected and the symptoms can be more severe and even to the point of threatening their lives. Because they are older. Moreover, wandering to the market, to the mosque, to the neighbors.
And don't stress. Calmness, excitement, and fame help healing.
But if it turns out that when your rapid test results are positive, and after continuing with the PCR examination the results are negative congratulations !! You have been infected with COVID-19, at least 1 month ago, but the disease has passed, and the virus has disappeared, and you get a bonus of immunity (God willing) to COVID-19 in the form of anti-COVID 19 antibodies that God willing will last a long time (Redline).
But remember, this story is only for those who are not at high risk as I mentioned above.
So if you are young, not sick, remember you can stay healthy despite being infected with COVID-19 but you are the most dangerous person for your parents and grandparents because you could be an infected person and have no symptoms, so that you unconsciously and without guilt can kill your parents and grandparents with a virus that you bring home.
That is why you are asked to stay at home and wear a mask when forced to leave the house. Not only for you. But for children and wives and parents at home.
